Because each person is UNIQUE, what I will NOT do as a Certified Health Coach:

I won’t send you to a gym or prescribe meds or supplements. I won’t tell you what exercises to do or diagnose illnesses. Instead, I’ll support your goals and provide info and resources for you to create a personalized, enjoyable and lasting health plan. From this, you can also assemble a health team (often covered by Medicare) to keep your plan on track for peak vitality..

 

In this 3-month group, you will gain knowledge and support via group interaction, brief writing & easy activities to create your own flexible Vitality Plan.

Beginning Wed. June 5, we’ll meet via Zoom twice monthly June-August. PLUS weekly email tips & recipes related to the month’s health  topic. (No worries if you can’t attend all Zooms)

 

Each week, you’ll receive prompts to guide your path, and you can join Zoom meetings for extra insights, group support, and sharing.

Let’s meet on Wednesdays at 10:30am PDT on these dates:

June 5 & 19, July 10 & 24 and August 7 & 21
