What is the difference between health coaching and counseling?

Psychotherapists focus on issues in your past and help you deal with anxiety, depression and other areas that are inhibiting your mental health.

As a Master Certified Health Coach, I support you in setting and sustaining health goals for the present and future. Health Coaches do not diagnose, treat or prescribe, but rather educate and build on your strengths, interests and resources.
