Welcome to the Prime Time Vitality Club —  a mix of live online sessions and emails designed to inspire your health!

Because each person is UNIQUE, what I will NOT do as a Certified
Health Coach:
    • I won’t send you to a gym or prescribe meds or supplements.
    • I won’t tell you what exercises to do or diagnose illnesses.
Instead, I’ll support your goals and provide info and resources for you to create a personalized and lasting health plan. From this, you can also assemble a health team (often covered by Medicare or other insurance) to keep your plan on track for peak vitality.

 

In the Prime Time Vitality Club, You Will:

  • Have fun while you gain knowledge and support.
  • Engage in informative live group presentations.
  • Receive emails with recipes and resources.
  • Enjoy brief writing and easy activities to create your own flexible Vitality Plan.
  • Access the free replay of our bi-monthly Zooms to review anything you missed.

Session Details:

We’ll meet 5 times via Zoom, every other Wednesday for 60 minutes – Jan. 8 to March 5   PLUS weekly email tips & recipes featuring the month’s health topic.

(No worries if you can’t attend all Zooms. Recorded by unanimous group consent for later viewing by participants.) 
Each of the 10 weeks, you’ll receive health prompts & resources to guide you.
