​​​​​In this 6-week course, we’ll reduce stress and guilt and interject joy, mindfulness, and nourishing habits.

Whether you're a vegetarian or not, this course will be the “meatiest” one yet, full of fascinating new content,

interactive activities, and personal exploration. Designed especially for women of all ages.

 

Based on principles from Radical Acceptance and Food Psychology, you will:

  • Discover what’s really eating you (it’s more than just food!)

  • Embrace your body and food choices without guilt

  • Learn mindful, stress-free eating practices

  • Engage in fun exercises and meaningful journaling prompts

  • Utilize tools to reduce stress and nourish your soul
